Hi there! My name is Tisha (short for Letitia) and I'm so happy you are taking the time to visit my site. My passion is helping women in mid-life live their best life through good nutrition, fitness and movement, a healthy mindset, meditation and strong relationships among other things. It took years of living in the diet culture, making unhealthy choices and feeling negatively about my body to learn what it really takes to transform the body and mind........
